great post, Jessalyn! So, question.. do you wear fake eyelashes daily? I would love to, I just always figured it would get pretty expensive! But I fully agree with what you said about them being the final touch.. makeup just looks ten times better when wearing fake lashes! Also- what is your favorite brand of lashes?

A: Thank you Taylor :) Yes, I do pretty much wear fake eyelashes daily haha. I buy them in bulk, but I also dont only wear the same pair once. I wear the same pair for a good week straight. I clean them & remove all the glue from the last application of course. My number 1 favorite brand for eyelashes is Ardell and I buy them at Sallys Beauty Supply. Hope this helped! xox

    awesome, thanks! I actually didn't know you could wear them more than once. Mine always get so "gunky" for lack of a better word, from the glue and I never thought to clean them.. How exactly do you clean them off?

      The way I clean them off is: I use an oil based makeup remover (I've heard you can also use olive oil, but I haven’t tried it) to clean off all the mascara or eye shadow or glitter that may have fallen onto them. You can soak them in makeup remover or just brush them with makeup remover as I do; you then pluck away the glue (gently) with your fingers or tweezers. It's easy! The more you use a pair of eyelashes the more flexible they become, therefor becoming actually easier to apply! Eventually they will look grungy and you will want to throw them away. For me, lashes will last me about 7 days or 7 wears.
